Behind SWISS’s new long-haul experience is a dedicated team that has shaped every detail with care. From the crew’s personal welcome to a menu of top Swiss produce – nothing has been left to chance. Their goal: to make Swiss quality something you can feel.
Jenny Messikommer, Marketing Coordinator SWISS Senses
I live near Zurich and love design, good food and everything to do with hospitality. In SWISS marketing, I work on projects that show how much passion goes into our brand – from the new Airbus A350 with its artistic “Wanderlust” livery to the experiences that await our guests on board.
My personal highlight is the new Chocolate Experience by Aeschbach Chocolatier and Confiserie Sprüngli. For me, it symbolises what SWISS Senses is all about: quality, elegance and great attention to detail.
My favourite destination: I love Seoul – a city that never stands still, and one of our newest destinations. Between tradition and modern architecture, I find inspiration, creativity and a feeling of home there.
Benjamin Mönch, Head of Cabin Service & Inflight Experience

I live in Zurich, a great city – small and manageable, but full of cultural diversity. As a cellist in a Zurich symphony orchestra, I particularly appreciate the lively music scene.
By laying the tables for our SWISS Business guests, we create a genuine premium experience, more personal and even closer to the guest. We also surprise with lots of small new gestures. These include lovely Swiss “Signature Moments” such as the stylish celebration of the apéro.
I was involved in numerous workshops and test flights for SWISS Senses from the very beginning. What matters to me is: what can the cabin crew realistically deliver, and where do our guests on board gain noticeable added value? Only if concepts are practical can they feel authentic on board. To keep my finger on the pulse, I often work as a Maître de Cabine on long-haul flights myself. Only someone who experiences the product first-hand can develop it credibly.
My favourite destination: Bangkok! The city is turbulent and offers many little oases of calm. I’m thrilled by the warmth of the people and the fantastic food. And nowhere else are there so many places with Michelin stars – including even street-food stalls.
Personalised seating options, state-of-the-art technology and an extended range of services: the new SWISS Business seats offer direct aisle access from every seat and many modern features such as seat heating and cooling and wireless charging stations. swiss.com
